I just noticed something between 2 racquets of the same string pattern both racquets 16x19
Head prestige s 98 16x19 Babolat pure drive 100 16x19 when observing both racquets the spacing (square pattern) on the head racquet appears to be bigger than the babolat by a very noticeable amount. for instance I have a 18x20 racquet and the babolats 16x19 is noticeably closer to that spacing than the 16x19 head. The actually spacing between the strings must not be a industry standard as the babolats is tighter than the heads. is that the case ? |

Correct. There is variance due to the width and length of the hoop, due to how far or how close to the frame the outermost strings are, and due to how regular the spacing between any two strings is (i.e., sometimes the spacing between strings varies even on the same stringbed, with the pattern getting tighter in the center).
