Nike Spring 2013 release - delayed for how long?

I placed an order on the TW website. There's two items that were due to be released on 1/5/2013. These are the new RF hats for this year. However now it appears the date is unknown. Can you please provide an update when possible?

I had mine shipped to a friend in the USA who then sends them to me. Free 2-day shipping helps

But I think you can order because there were options for Australia shipping when I checked.

Unfortunately we cannot ship Nike outside the US. There are several companies now that prohibit us from selling outside the States. See the "What can I order?" entry:
