This was my first purchase from the TW board. I was hesitant and I asked a lot of questions. Not all of my questions were answered, although most were answered. Delivery was quick and the racquets were received. I had the racquets shipped to my parents place in Hawaii (I'm currently overseas). My father said the racquets arrived and were in fine condition. I will be visiting Hawaii in a couple wks and I'll follow-up on this post regarding the condition of the racquets.
