Cool Carnival: From "Triumph" To Disaster

After the ordeal the thousands aboard "Triumph" suffered through, Carnival will offer fare refunds and future cruise discounts...LOL! I'm thinking those conditions will convince even the most fervent cruisers to reconsider their next vacations plans.

This incident reminds me of the commercials where people are relaxing and enjoying themselves on cruises while thinking about their failed vacations from last year. Things such as being stuck upside down on a rollercoaster.

Perhaps they will stop airing those commercials now.

Cool

After this, nobody on board will ever take for granted the value of a functional toilet!

Cool

How about an updated spoof of "The Love Boat" to make us all laugh at this ridiculous catastrophe???

Bet they won't!!!! A local reporter from Houston was in Mobile talking to folks as they got off the ship and just about ALL of the ones asked said they would rebook and sail again on Carnival.

It was the folks down on the lowest level of the ship that got the worst of the toilet issue.......So far the offer to each passenger is a full refund + a Free cruise + $500.........don't understand why they didn't tow it to Mexico after the fire - would have been there within a day! (Well I do - the cost to dock, put up folks and fly all the passengers 2000, 3000, more? From Mexico back to Houston then another tow from Mexico to US Gulf port would have been HUGE!)
