credit card authorization..

How long does it usually take to comfirm a credit card authorization form? ive send my form 4 days ago and yesterday i got this mail

Are you still interested in this order? We have not yet received a
credit authorization form from you. Please let me know what you want to
do. If we do not hear from you in 48 hours we will cancel the order.


so ive send it again, now over 24 hours later i still dont know if u received my mail.. can u please confirm something.


i think i ordert with industrial@chello.nl but my mails where send with j.borrenbergs@chello.nl

if u need more info im willing to send but im not sure its save over a forum
