the bioavailability of coenzyme Q10 or most vitamins for that matter, if just taken with water, is almost useless.
stop buying the gimmicky vitamin waters and just eat right. if you don't eat right, a multivitamin is a better source as it is a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals. |
