Default high tech help

With all the advances today in neuroscience, video technology, etc., is there anything that might possibly improve my visual tracking and/or reflexes? I know there is no substitution for conditioning, footwork, and practice, but I'm looking for enhancement, not substitution. Computer programs, video games?? It may sound a little far-fetched, but I'm adventurous!
