Tennis LosAngeles plans on taking on this area with a North and South Orange County playing locations. We expect things to start slow, but by mid-year these leagues should be full-functioning:

Seal Beach Tennis Center
(562) 598-8624
3900 Lampson Ave, Seal Beach, CA

If you're ever in the Long Beach area, El Dorado Tennis center has twilight tennis Fri (6:30 - close), Sat (5:30- close), Sun (5:30 - close) for $7. Their number is 562.425.0553.

I'm also looking for people to hit in the Irvine area after work

EDIT: I forgot to add the WTT league in Irvine...

irvine is a hotbed of tennis.

go to the irvine tennis club and check things out.

if you happen to be a clay specialist, they have clay courts there as well.

there is a ladder in irvine with thirty, 4.0 - 5.0 players. You won't have a problem getting a match within a few days. www.lifeof2returns.com

There is a WTT league in Irvine. Its OK for $45. You can also look into the Irvine Tennis Association. Theres lot of tennis in that area. Let me know if you want to get together and play sometime.

You have to be at least 19 years old to play in the USTA Adult Leagues.

I just played the 4.5 NTRP in Mission Viejo and the next one is in Anaheim. For leagues, there are some, but i haven't participated in any, cause I was wanted in a La Mirada USTA League team. I also play a league (non-USTA) on Sundays in the Irvine area at a local park, but we are on our last week.

there is a whole schedule of tournaments. every two to three weeks there is a new tournament. And there are tons of usta leagues in orange county. I think we have the largest usta league population besides texas.
