Default Who uses medicine balls?

I saw a few months back a fitness piece in tennis magazine featuring medicine balls. Anyone use them and how? Also, what weight(s). I coach a high school boys team and was thinking about buying a few to assist with warmups mainly. Thanks in advance.

Roger Federer does. Good enough?:-)

I saw the junior provincial team here using them in their preparation.

Simulating forehand rotation, throwing the ball between two.

Local High School BBall team uses it for passing and torso workouts. Even Jr. High players use them.

Are you talking about medicine balls (heavy) or stability (Swiss) balls?

For medicine balls, check the appropriate section at this site:
http://www.matchpoint.homestead.com/Fitness.html
which is quite good in terms of general tennis conditioning.

I also found a site dealing with the use of stability balls. Check these pages:
