Question How does a junior get ranked?

I know this has probably been discussed before, but how does a junior get ranked. I tried looking at the ranking lists, and I'm guessing that you have to win a match before you get ranked. Is that correct? If thats the case, then only 361 people from the 14 junior boys from North Carolina won a match.

I think for a regional ranking, you have to play 6 matches on satellite tournaments. Well, that's the case in California. I don't know about nationals.

Yea but I think in order to be eligible you need to play in a certain amount of tournaments I think 5 or 6 in a year.

In GA, as soon as you win a match, those points go to your state ranking. You can use the points you earn from a total of 6 tournaments. As soon as you have points in 6 tournaments, the system takes your best 6 tournaments(regarding your points).
