My wife has a job offer in SE Georgia at the King’s Bay NSB and we are talking and thinking about accepting the offer. Although this has nothing to do with my decision to re locate, does anyone have any knowledge of the tennis scene in that area?

I don't have an atlas handy, but there's an OK clay court facility on Jeckyl Island (SE Georgia). It was pretty crowded the day I was there, and the rates were reasonable.
Amelia Island (near Jacksonville) hosts a big WTA tournament every spring. I don't know what else is around there. My wife and I are considering relocating in that region as well, but the "tennis scene" has EVERYTHING to do with where we end up. Hope all goes well for you. |
