The stiffer ones however prolly need to be dropped a few lbs however. You might want to give Blue Gear a look. It's the same as Big Ace, but textured for better ball bite.
Thanks for the advice Doc.

Too light for me. Anything under 12 oz. feels like a toy. I was playing with the LM radicals before the LE's and I think the LM's were 11.2 or so. They just weren't stable enough for my style or level of play. I tried adding lead, but it never felt right.

I have a Radical Tour Series Performance that I seldom use now since my shoulder started to hurt. I'm looking for a lighter stick to use now. Head Radical is a great solid baseline stick.

LM Radical MP with PSGD 16g strung at 65 lbs.

65 pounds because otherwise the tension loss is really bad after about two-three weeks.

I will never get the chance now with my new commitment in place.

Back 3 months ago when i was getting a new stick, it was a tossup between nblade and fxp radical. And I would have bought the radical, but it wasnt available at a reasonable price. So I ended up with the NBlade. Damn. I wonder what I missed out on.

Moses Man,
What headsize do you play with and where did you put the lead? I had 2 LM OS' and could never find the right set up. I finally gave up and bought the Limited Editions since I couldn't find the right set up, but wanted more weight.

So what made you guys choose the Radical?

I first started playing with Radicals during the 8th grade. I've been an Agassi fan for the longest time, so being a 13-14 year old kid and not knowing much about rackets I bought the 1995 Radical. Without demoing, I then switched to the Ti.Radical a few years later. I then took a break from tennis during college and bought 2 LM Radical without demoing again. This time it was a mistake. I didn't like the LM Radicals at all, but luckily the Limited Editions came out and now I'm in love.

Head would you re-release the 1995 Radical too please?!?!?!?!

My first Radical was the Ti OS. Experimented with the i. and the LM but didn't like them. Though I stray from time to time and play with other frames I always come back to the Radical whether it's the Ti or the Trisys or the zebra. I just like the flex, the plow-through. I agree, the 1995 Radical should be re-incarnated. In the process of acquiring a MP right now.

Doc,

I play with the MP Radical: 2 oz. at 3 and 9, the rest in the handle. Plus overgrip and head tape. Works great for me! Serving is a pleasure with this setup, and it's much more stable on volleys.
