Does fed mainly use the Kick serve on his first serve? I been watching him and it seems he is using more kick on first serve vs going right thru the ball lately at wimby?
Or do i need my eyes checked? |

i personally think hes actually hitting the ball more flat than he used to. in more 2005 he was mixing it up more with the slice and the topspin, now he just seems to hit it more flat and the same just moving the placement. i could be wrong. just my opinion.

well its effective
a straight up flat is just heaviness and speed rather, if you throw a well served kicker down the T its amazing, its way to far, and because its grass it pops a lil lower yet, still alot making it entirely impossible to hit.

Alright, i just looked at it today on the tube, it looks as though he's adding some kick on the first serves but hes going thru the ball more than the left to right motion. On the second serve you can see major kick serve left to right motion...
So he's not just hitting it square.. Thats what i meant... |
