Bradenton, Bollettieri one day visit to look around ?

Will be in the area, thought to take my kids there to look around for some "inspiration". Any good suggestions on when is the best time to visit to see some action ?

You should call ahead and talk to them. It's a private gated compound. If you just show up unannounced they may turn you away.

That being said, when I was there the kids were doing drills in the late morning. There was loud rock music playing, the kids had tons of energy, different kids were working on different skills on different courts. It was interesting to see.

Or you can always walk up to the gate dressed as a sun-dried raisin. The gate attendant will think you're Nick Bollittieri walkin' the grounds.
