Wink tennis in south africa?

anyone know any places for tennis on the east coast of south africa (from Johanesburg to Durban, that area)? thanks for any help anyone can give me

In Johburg, try Wanderers or Randburg...I don't have any detailed knowledge, but Wanderers seems quite well located with good facilities.

do you guys live in south africa? I am not quite sure exactly where im going except for one place, a town called clarens on the lesotho border? any tennis around there, but its a small town so you probably wont know, any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

No, I don't live in South Africa...I did once upon a time, but didn't really play tennis at that stage, so can;t be much help regarding clubs.

I know Clarens, though, nice place, chilled, pretty far off the main tourist routes. I doubt you'll get any tennis there...go hiking in Golden Gate National Park instead

i've finally found the post you were talking about, yeah, it was an awesome trip, got some great pictures and met some great people. Went to 3 different countries, Lesotho and Swaziland as well as SA. The weather there in the winter is better than the weather here in summer, but its down to -4 at night and everything , but all and all, great trip and i want to go back. I played tennis 2 times.

Excellent....yeah, winter weather in SA is generally fantastic, apart from the Cape.

i wasnt at the cape, i was down the east coast, started off at kruger (had to go and it was fantastic) then down and in a week and a half i was in Umhlanga and then up to clarens in the Drakensburg.
