Tennis in Steubenville/Eastern Ohio?

I'm going to be in the area either the weekend of the 14th or 21st of September. I'm a 3.0 looking to play a match with someone similar in level (2-3.5) while I'm there. Friday afternoon would be the best time. I have a random goal to eventually play a match in all 50 states, time to add OH to the list...
