Forearm Topspin and Lob

I played around with my forearm topspin and I tried doing a few forearm topspin lobs. My question is are the mechanics the same and the only difference is the racquet angle?

Yes, the mechanics of the FH topspin groundstroke and FH topspin lob is the same. Except racket angle and swing path too.

I would restate this to say:
Yes, the mechanics are basically the same. The only difference is that for a lob, your racquet should be dropping lower and finishing higher, since you're trying to generate a lot of spin and hit the ball on a higher trajectory.
