Hello All,
I was looking for some feedback on the new Wilson Easy Ball Pick Up-85. A link as to what it looks like is as follows... http://www.wilson.com/wilson/product...=1109722249632 In short, I am looking for a ball hopper that is durable, can pick up balls, as well as stand up for usage in drills. Price is not an issue. On looks alone, and I have no first hand experience, it looks to be well made and rather durable. Might anyone have any feedback on this? Thanks, John |

I am just giving this a quick bump, to see if anyone might have any information or feedback to share on this Wilson Ball Pick Up.

Ball baskets made by Gamma are the best IMHO. They are very durable. I have 3 Gamma ball baskets, one I use most is the "Wooper" which holds 140 balls. I've had it for about 5 years and still holding up after countless of heavy drills. I use this also with my tennis tutor ball machine.
Note: the Wooper is pictured in my sig next to my tennis tutor and POGS |

I can't comment on the Wilson hoppers, either. But, I can agree that the Gamma hoppers are great. I've had my 75 ball hopper for about 4 years now and it's still perfect. It doesn't roll, but works great.

Hi Guys,
Thanks all sincerely for the feedback, as it is much appreciated. In short, a friend of mine who is an instructor owns a few different ball hoppers. They are all Gamma, and seem very well made. I myself am curious as to the new style/shape of the Wilson Pick Up 85, which is similar to a much larger Gamma model. In the end I think I am going to take a limited risk, and order the Wilson. Thanks again!, John |
