Can anyone tell me about the Babolat program where they give you 3 racquets, bag, strings and others for $300 (for ranked juniors?)

You need to be ranked top 300 USTA Nationally. $359 for 3 racquets, bag, hat, 2 t-shirts, 2 overgrips, 6 strings or 3 gut, 1 elasto cross, stencil and ink. Retail value is supposedly $899.
