Default Bjorkman demonstrating the clean & jerk

So guys, I guess most of you have seen this video:
http://www.atptennis.com/1/en/2008ne...g_bjorkman.asp

On the one hand I'd rather see Bjorkman demonstrate the C&J than the biceps curl... but on the other hand it's pretty bad to think that some beginner might try it in his gym and possibly get hurt in the process. About the only technical tip Jonas gave was to try and keep the back straight! Jonas' own technique didn't look all that great either.

What do you think about it?

Vast majority of people dont even do deadlifts or squats at the gym. I think it'll be even less people trying c&j.

All I see people do at my university gym is bench then straight to arms, shoulders, and abs.

I'm tempted to try the C&J, snatch and Clean/press. I'm just afraid poor technique will injure me.

They have some really good videos on you tube, but I think clean is probably one you only want to do with a good strength and conditioning coach to make sure you have the basics down.

It's probably the best predictor of true real world usable strength. That are being a piano mover.

Say goodbye to any power. Olympic lifts are the best. Period.
