Very good article. It explains how Levine is using the medicine ball to become explosive with his legs and torso turning into shots from the open stance.

Overall, I think that training for professional tennis players has become much better even over the past decade.

I heard about Levine practicing with Federer, but I didn't realize he's only 5'9". Has anyone here seen him play?

Yeah, great read. Shows how much of a struggle it is, even for a #1 at a D1 school, to make break into the top 100. Thats some dedication though. Every day for 4 years? damn.

His coach thinks he has the potential to be number one, so I think he's trying hard for some good reasons. You never know when or if you'll break through, but it will only happen if you TRY. Believe and listen to YOUR voice, not the nay-sayers. I'm pulling for the kid.
