Easily 8/10, would be a 9/10 but for one smudge on paint. Freshly strung with CP-1.20 @54#, Gamma leather grip

Dunlop AG300 3/8 $95 shipped:

9/10, just a few scrapes on bumper guard. Freshly strung with Rip Control 16G@ 60/62, no lead, just a really nice racquet.
