I'm going to start doing on-court drills tuesdays and thursdays, along with my stair exercises mondays and fridays to work on my footwork, stamina, and explosiveness.
I'll be going to the court in about an hours time so I doubt i'll get enough responses by then, but do any of you have any experience and tips with on-court drills? I'm going to do simple suicides and baseline drills tonight
