Cool Elastic Wrist Support

I have been struggling with a 1 hander for about 10 years as long as I have been playing. My wrists measure 6.5 inches in circumference. I don't know if it is weakness in my wrists or not but they are very skinny compared to everyone else. So I just spent $10 on an elastic wrist support. Hoping that I will have a nice backhand tomorrow, fat chance right? The real question is have you guys used such a device and has it helped you? Your thoughts are appreciated.
