anybody that does pay him a visit, please let me know what the result was?

ps. if who ever does pay him a visit, please even inform his family that his results have dire consequences that result to illegal activitiy leading to arrest or charges

maybe that will spark him into action

I would notify San Jose PD they have a solid internet crimes unit. The amount of the items constitutes a felony. You have all of his personal information just file a complaint.

Hi,

Two places that will provide action is USPS and the Internet Fraud Unit of the FBI (or Local Law Enforcement). If it is clear you have been taken, file a claim.

thanks for the support guys

well it seems that he keeps on pleading his innocence

i honestly dont see what the big deal is on his behalf though

if he honestly claims that he has shipped the racquets to me why does he not contact me at all?

its ironic how the last time i spoke to him on the phone/email was when i asked him to send me his customers number and he said sure.

ever since that, not a word from him at all - no emails, no reply to my phone calls, not even picking up his phone

if he is innocent, why keep on running away from the problem?

furthermore - it has been 1 month since he "allegedly" sent the racquets - still nothing

how ridiculous

LMAO, this guy is a dick.

Anyways, you guys should know he is reading this thread. Once he put your racquets up on craiglist and this thread pops up, he takes it down, you put that link up to his picture which was up last night, now he's taken it down.

So ya, he's probrably gonna lay low with the racquet business.

what a joke, this is ridiculous

its stupid how he's commited this crime yet still pleads his innocence when he is stacked against the wall

then tries to cover his tracks, not realising that he's been caught out

just plain dumb and stupid if you ask me

ps. dont worry, fluffy beaver, due to some excellent thinking by one of the forum members (flash9), i have taken some print screens and copy and pasted the craigslist ads. into a word doc

i have evidence =) he is a cheater

if we take another closer look at another situation, in this thread

http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?t=204116

he says that the racquets have been sold (and at this point, i thought it was in regards to the trade with me) and approx 2 - 3 weeks later, he posts his own microgel extremes on craigslist for sale and ironically, he has a few kfactor tours.

who's kfactor tours, you ask? MINE

if he honestly thinks he has done nothing wrong, why doesnt he prove his ugly face on this forum and say something

otherwise...no wait...still scum

So, seriously, have you filed a claim with USPS and the FBI, also have you called the SJPD or visited the link I sent you? You need to help yourself in this situation.

why don't we have a list of trustworthy people, liek to take the rackets from both parties before mailing them out, or sending pay pal or any of that stuff, i mean there are members on this board that we do trust right? and in return they get like string or a little gas money, sounds fair enough?

Plan A: Everyone in Norcal should just go to his address and kindly ask him to return Topspin's racquets.

Plan B: Go to his address and rough him up until he returns the racquets.
