Short of playing OJ goes to Vegas, realistically, Topspin Man can only do so much at this point.
He messed up when he agreed to this trade.

File a police report in Australia and file reports in San Jose and Los Angeles. Contact the carrier you shipped with and get any delivery confirmation info. Did anyone sign for the delivery? If so, they are in possession of stolen goods and get to be an accessory to the crime. Also find out if they used USPS as the delivery agent. Mail fraud, wire fraud are Federal crimes. (Internet scams are wire fraud.) Contact the bay and request the auction be stopped as the items are stolen.

Contact the buyer if the auction goes through and advise him the rackets are stolen and refer him to this thread. Perhaps one of your buddies here can sabotage the auction by winning it and then stiffing the seller.Try getting a hold of an adult at the delivery address and tell them what happened. I smell bratty kids. Appropriately trash the parties involved on the TW Ref section (I think you can check this one off as DONE.) Everyone is warned. Thanks for letting us know.

Charles, Mike, Ho Chi Minh, J Huttepain, or whoever you are, why don't you contact Topspin Man, apologize profusely, claim insanity, and either ship him the rackets you probably can't safely sell now anyway, or reimburse him for the Wilson's you stole. You tried to pull a fast one, you've been thoroughly busted. Just make amends as best you can and cut your losses. That would be the smartest thing to do.

i dont know if my facebook, because anyone can easy have access to that infomation. it would be better if we talk through email. just have a link of everyone email and talk through there, one thing is nguyen or lam can monitor this thread anymore, and that everyone who is on this hunt can get new update from topspin or anyone currently on this thread.

to make everyone cool down abit, just give Topspin his racket back, cancle your bay account, and say sorry for everything you have done.

I think if Topspin get his stuff back he wont deal anymore damage to you or your friend.

I stopped by Charles Nguyen's alleged residence today afternoon.
A woman responded from behind closed door and denied ever knowing any Charles Nguyen living there.
I know she's lying but there's nothing else for me to do.
Topspin, you need to call SJPD and report this.

even though the house was bought at 2004, i shipped my racquets there and obviously somebody had picked up the racquet

furthermore - took a look at the bay account and my god, what an absolute idiot, also, he only has a 60% positive feedback with comments saying he doesny pay etc

what a dodgy person

hope one day he gets screwed over like i/others did

man i hate him, his sidekicks in this stupid situation and also others like him

I am truly amazed on how many people have come to your aid...really nice to read. Someone even went to the house, now that is going out of someone's way. I am wondering if you have contacted the SJPD? They are really the ones you would file a report with.

Topspin Man, you should email the buyer of your rackets on the bay and tell him they are stolen. Send him a link to this thread.

You might also try to email the last seller who nguyen did a deal with on the bay in March and see if he has any record of the shipping address. If it is the same as the one you shipped to then that is his address. If it is another address that is probably his true address. He may have used a friend's address as the shipping address for your deal since he knew he was planning to rip you off.

Princegod, I think the listed homeowner's name is Lan Ngo. Apparently, there is some sort of relationship between the name Ngo and Nyugen in vietnamese culture? For that matter, Charles may well be an americanized version of Quoc or something like that. I'm not vietnamese so maybe someone who is can fill us in.
