will this work?
I need to start gaining muscle, I dont have a gym membership or anything so I'm limited.this is what I do every other day;
Dumbbell press 50 reps - 20 pounds each dumbbell.
solo dumbbell curl 30 reps - 20 pouncs (right and left arm)
not sure the names but heres the link
Exercise 2 20 reps - 5 pounds (right and left arm)
Exercise 3 20 reps - 5 pounds (right and left arm)
Exercise 4 20 reps - 5 pounds (right and left arm)
50 side crunchs (laying on my side and curching) Right and left side.
any idea on making a better work out?
