Default Star 5 vs. Prince 3000 vs. Silent Partner Opus

I have a question that i was wondering if anyone could answer. I am going to be upgrading my stringing machine and I've narrowed it down to three. I know a lot about the Star 5 and I was wondering if anyone is knowledgeable about the Prince 3000 or the Silent Partner Opus. I pretty much know that the Prince is a solid machine but any comments that you might have on it would be helpful. The Silent Partner Opus is the one that I really know nothing about. Has anyone ever used it or even know much about Silent Partner in general? Feel free to comment on any of the three machines. Thanks.

I like the Prince 3000 a lot, but despite the lack of a couple of features found in the Prince 3000, the Babolat Star 5 is a heck of a machine. I've never used the Opus.

Actually, I have strung on one Alpha machine before ( I believe it's called the Saturn) and I didn't like it that much. Maybe the Equinox is a better machine, but I was not impressed with Alpha. Is the Equinox their top of the line machine?

i own a Opus machine, and also a e-stringer FL as well as a ball machine
from silent partner. i have had no problems with silent partner but have
had delivery problems with UPS. other then throwing boxes in my driveway,
running off with no signature, and damaging the machine, no big deal. the
Opus is a dream to work on. i like all of its features. did not even require
calibration, dead on on all numbers. the straight line tensioner has everything
else beat. very solidly built. much cheaper then the same machine by TST
series 700 selling for 8,500!!!!!! silent partner sells the opus for 2800 although
prices are probably going up according to steve. the touch plates to activate
the closure of the gripper and the electronic elevation are nice touches.
like the big tool tray that closes on the right side. its smooth and easy to
use and perfect on the numbers. robert

Do you know if there is any actual performance difference in terms of end string job produced though between the Opus and the Aria? Looking at their descriptions, I think I'm missing this. While the Opus looks nice and must be a pleasure to string on, I'm not certain it'd be worth the extra cost to most except for pro shop stringers who want the space age "wow" appeal for customers.

Thanks for any info.
