One thing is, they are a no-nonsense company. They feel like they have answered all the questions on their website, which if you have every read the FAQ, they really have. Kind of bizarre that they sell that many machines. It's not a company for everyone, but I only have had positive experiences with them.
Which did u have?

Hawk 800. I bought it a few years ago and it was probably their most popular machine.

If I were to buy a new one from them I would probably get the Plus 6500.

Actually, I gave it away. It was always in excellent shape and I never had one problem with it. Varuscelli's photos of his Gamma 6004 made me want to get one, so I upgraded.

I have strung on the flex 940. I liked it. Because of the price, I think it's a better buy than the Alpha Revo 4000.

LOL. Like a *really* good Cantonese restaurant in NY or SF where they slam the plates on your table and are no-nonsense in taking and delivering your order. But the food makes you weak at the knees. I think Eagnas has some good things going for it, if you are will to sift through the lack of ambience and the preponderance of models. Good description Elvis.

Some people like their Eagnas some don't. I'm one of the people who don't. I can't stand their clamps, I just feel that they don't hold. If I had to do it all over again I would never have purchased an Eagnas. Stringing machines pay themselves off anyways, why not pay extra for a quality machine?
