Default Why are there usually no problems with only select Eagnas Machines?

I mean, do they want you to buy certain machines like the Flex 940, Eag 300, etc?

It seems as if these machines come with good customer service too.

If they dropped their line from the 80 plus different models and only carried 5-10 I am sure many of their problems would go away.

Less problems, more sales - better support when you only need to carry a limited amount of parts and machines.

They certainly do have far too many machines.

This company appears to lack any sense of focus and has probably arrived at the ridiculous number of machines, many with near identical features and designs, by copying every other machine in sight. Their keypad design for their electric machines and some of the color combinations really are a mess. I am still amazed that payments are sent to a private residence while the rest of their business is conducted at their warehouse -- just plain weird. I contacted them by phone to purchase their pathfinder awl and got a taste of their famous (infamous) customer service. I know they have several solid machines, but all in all this is a pretty bizarre company.

Yes. It is a very bizarre company. As was said earlier, they would be so different if they only had 5 -10 machines. I think they would blow away all the competition.

I can't think of any company that spreads itself so thin with the quantity of product, that it actually confuses the consumer.

On a positive note, the good quality of machines that they sell sure are a lot of bang for the buck. I must say their website is probably the most informative of all the sites too. Well, maybe too informative. (see their meaningless questions tab).

Which of their machines are consistently high quality, besides these two?
