Leather all the way.

Only synthetic I'll even consider is Gamma Hi-Tech...if they even still make it.

No grip -- a couple of overgrips on the bare handle.

Leather grip. Gives you tons of feel, with an overgrip. Synthetic grips are a bit too cushiony for me. And not even feel. But leather grips do give you man hands. Like...Callus all over.

Just curious why you pulled the Babolat grip off? I use the TW label grip as well on my racquets but have been happy so far with the stock leather on the LTD.

If you have any joint pain in your arm or shoulder, be aware that a leather grip may aggravate it. Had a sore elbow until switching from leather. The Fairways are now rolled.

I like leather better because i like feeling the bevel more. Even with the supergrap over the leather the bevel is well-defined and it feels perfect.

Leather. More bevel feel and a little bit of extra weight. Less lead tape for me to add on the handle.

2.i prefer the 1.3m thinness sharp bevels is a must for my big hands
3. ...i love the TW

What's your understanding of the correlation of leather grip to your joint pain?
