Default Life of an Alpha Revo? How many sticks?

How many sticks and how long could you expect an Alpha Revo to last?

How long has anyone had it last?

Mine will be two years old shortly. I've probably strung 400 frames. No problems yet! I do lubricate the clamp springs a bit per Mark's instructions as well as other minor adjustments and maintenance, but I still love the machine! I am much happier with it having added an aftermarket stand.

as i have said soo many times, the break is fine, not great but fine, its my only complaint, but you can get O3's done, if you do as many as i do you might want soemthing different but i do around 1/3-1/2 O3's

10-20 years?

Does a stringing machine now have a life expectancy? If a small part wears out, replace it.

LOL, yea good point Bud. Thanks for the heads up iplay.

I was just wondering because I know some machines crap out earlier than many other machines.

I'm not sure what kind of stand in that my son gave it to me for my birthday. It's constructed of L-bent metal that's solid as a rock. As the Revo hangs over both ends, I had to wire the Revo's feet to the stand. Now nothing moves.

I do O3's (mostly Hybrid Sharks) all the time as three guys I string for use them. Never had any difficulty.
