Thumbs up Bosworth-Mizuno Pro MS-21

http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/desc...OS-BMPS21.html

Quote:
A certified old school racquet, the Mizuno Pro MS 21 is not for the faint of heart. Heavy, flexible and with a high swingweight, the Pro MS 21 is a demanding racquet best suited to advanced players. Foam filled thermoplastic construction drives up the weight, but offers a very comfortable feel.

*Note: Specs may vary as these particular MS 21's were held for use and testing for Ivan Lendl in 1993-94*
Headsize: 100 sq. inches
Length: 27 inches
Strung weight: 14.4 ounces
Balance: 5 points head light
Swingweight: 398
Stiffness: 46
String pattern: 16 / 18

wow, what a beast!

I have two that were given to me by a female tour player. let me know if you want them, they are both 1/2 but it seems that the spacing is different from one another. It shows you that even female pros were experimenting with different string spacing during the early 90's

They are injection mold of the highest quality, made in Japan,

What do they play like? Are they both same spec as the listed spec?

I got a few from the original stock.
They play very nice if you can handle 14+ oz's
Since they are 5 pts head light with nice flex, as long as you prepare early and take nice long strokes, these clubs will blast the felts. They are very stable for volleys and can crush serves. Probably best suited for the old school all court tennis rather than lugging corner to corner.
Also a great training stick since your swing speed will feel really fast and easy after you transition back to a sub 13oz stick.
