If so, what did you do to get it back?
I've spent the winter playing too much with the same person. Tonight I stepped on the court with a stranger and got beat by an inferior player because I just expected to win. What did you do to get your fire back? This really bothers me!!! |

Work hard, and have confidence in your strokes and go out there and play your game. |

Yeah, don't EVER go by the warmup, when I was younger I used to throw my warmups and make balls fly out and chuck them into the net haha, and then I would play normal when the matchplay started...much to the surprise of my opponent. I don't do that anymore because I have since realized that the warmup is a good time to get the kinks out of your strokes, but even so, yes, he could have had a bad warmup.
