Where is your car or cars from (just by the name of the car)? We're not talking about where exactly it was produced.

Japanese. Parents brought a used '93 Civic for my sister and me in '99, and it is still running strong. Only work done on it has been preventative/upkeep (brakes, oil, transmission fluid, etc) and a new muffler at one point. Hope to have it last at least one more year.

I'm not sure how to answer. I have a ford fusion which is a mazda 6. I would guess about 50/50.

Here is one of mine. I have owned it since 1974. American company, like every car I have purchased!

My BMW is made in the US but the company is actually German. I also have a Nissan Frontier 05', 2x Nissan 240sx's, and a Datsun 240Z 72' from Japan.

Or, maybe St Louis (Fenton) MO?
Hamtramck (Dodge Main) is long gone. The plant was demolished to make way for the GM Poletown Plant. Your VIN number will tell you for certain. http://www.autofacts.ca/classics/VIN/Dodge.htm Last edited by Fearsome Forehand : 03-17-2009 at 08:28 PM. |

I currently have an American car I guess (Ford), though I believe it was built in the UK.
I have probably had cars from pretty much every producing nation at some point thinking back I have a real soft spot for the old US muscle cars though, that pic from Jim is my idea of perfection at the moment |
