Sappy thanks for the video, the quality was pretty good. Watching the video 3 of the 4 players look like 2.0 rated players.

BTW, Sappy, PPL sent me the file, but to play it I had to download something else, and then that wouldn't work because my mac is old and I don't have an intel processor. So confused.

btw- sunday's hit was really fun. the only thing that sucked about it was jrk and jjjosh totally ignored me when i tried to get them to battle each other.

I'm actually not burned, but I had a lot of sunscreen on. I am, however, convinced that I will never rid myself of these bizarre tan lines.
I did feel like my skin might actually catch on fire for a bit, though, before we finally stopped.

Got back from the Club Night Social. Sort of fun.
Got to play on REAL RED CLAY!!!! - Actually it was cool to play on the red stuff, but I was underwhelmed. Sort of played like hard-tru except maybe a little slower. Actually a bit disappointed, the one court needed serious maintenance, there were several huge half-circle burrows on the court - I hit a winner when this hole swallowed one of my returns so it didn't bounce. IIRC, the court was actually roped off, maybe for repair, but they had us play there anyway. Conversation at food time was good. Plenty of laughs and good tennis talk. Food was free, but okay. To my taste buds, the salt was over done. Not enough tennis - I just wanted to play, eff the food. We played a dubs round robin. Got to the #2 court twice and lost both times. Was going for a third shot to take the #2 court then they rang the dinner bell - bummer!!! (I know it's hard to believe that I'd pass up a plate for tennis, but it's the truth.) The level of tennis was pretty good on the upper courts. Finished out the night by playing a little singles. The dude was a 3.0 so I bageled him, but I didn't care since I just wanted to play. Got there at 6 and got kicked off the courts at 9:30, so I got about 2hr 45 min of tennis in.

Hello all,
They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. So does that mean TFM has two hearts? Or Zappy has none? *shrug* In either case. Our Top Chef offers a buffet of: Kalbi (Korean short ribs) Jap chae (sweet potato noodles with spinach and wild mushrooms) Kimchis Strawberry cheesecake ice cream Tiramisu gelato and grapefruit sorbet The price of admission? Having the next TWMAC meet in Mt Airy, MD .. the date: August 16th Sunday. Two secluded tennis courts and bathrooms (alice rechecking) available. VA peeps we can carpool, which leaves room for more drinking, sitting or swimming at her pool and watching spiderboy play his violin upside down. If there is interest lets move forward! Get a food list and lock things up for the day. Cliff Notes: August 09 TWMAC meet When: August 16- Sunday Where: MT Airy, MD How: Van leaves NOVA early and returns before sundown Who: Who else could cook the above- Alice. But we will also be bringing stuff Why: Cause its tennis! Cause its good food.. and because we haven't had a meet in a while. disclaimer: This idea brought to you by Alice. Her offering of food and house is very generous. Confirmed: -Alice301 -Topaz101
