I placed an order over the weekend and wanted to make sure I got my order by the predicted date. I did not recieve any e-mail that my order was processed nor shipped. So I called the 800 number. The CS rep said my order has been processed and should be shipping today. I'm somewhat releaved, but I still did not recieve any e-mail confirmation, so I can track the order.
Is there something wrong with the TW e-mail system? I was told by the CS rep to check my spam folder, after she verified my e-mail address. I don't have a spam or bulk mail folder, coz I use a POP3 mail server. What's the deal here?

If you are using an AOL account, those are the ones that typically block our emails. If you have a different email server, then, I'm not too sure. I would add "Tennis Warehouse" into your address book and you should be fine.

AO Hell, no way. I have a simple POP3 account like sbcglobal.net or att.net. As long as the e-mail is correct, it should reach me, I have not had any complaints with people sending me e-mail.
Doesn't TW have a user account so users can track all of thier orders? Something like what newEGG has. Right now, I don't have an order number so how can track my order?

I have the same predicament. I placed an order and have not received e-mail confirmation from TW, but got a confirmation from PayPal about the transaction. P.S.: I've e-mailed your international section about this. |

I second the idea that a user account tracking system would be excellent. For instance, with monoprice.com, I get emails at every stage of the order, plus I can actually go to their site, log in to my user-created account, and see the order, click on it for shipping status and tracking info, etc. This would be a wonderful addition to TW's process...it seems that although TW is very well-loved here, the only times there are major kerfuffles are with these types of tracking issues.

I got mines too when the shipper recieved the package, but nothing from TW.
We should have to be able to look at previous orders, and print invoices.
