Can't wait for this aswelll. I've been itching to demo the K Six One Tour 90. None of the shops have it in Ireland and didn't want to buy it from the US incase I didn't like it or played badly with it, you know?

I am also eagerly awaiting the demo program for TW Europe! Don't mean to bother, but would you be able to give some very rough estimation as to when it will be available?

Thanks TW, TW Europe is looking great!

It would be cool if the demo program comes soon, it's perfect to test now just before the season starts here in Europe.
Chris, any idea when TW will have all rackets in stock? many models are missing like Donnay PO,Kneissl etc...

TWE is now able to offer its demo program. However, demos can only be ordered over the phone at this time.

Please give them a call to order your demos.

Yes, just chiming into second ericsson's request.

btw, even by phone, though it's working, it is still buggy. System went down today so I had to phone back -- and...

... no Yonex demos at all. Just, not included in the demo program.

Wink TWE Customer Service training needed

I'd also add that a little customer service training is in order.

I ordered 2 demos and some grips on Monday by phone, after making sure the racquets were available with the phone rep. The entire week passed with no delivery. France is small with an efficient post office, delivery is usually overnight or 2 days at most. Today, Saturday, I called in to discover that the package was only shipped yesterday - most likely because one of the racquets I'd ordered was not in stock. The reason isn't clear.

Aside from being a bit disorganized...

It is discouraging that no one at TWE had the courtesy to inform me that there would be a delay unless I altered my order, even though TWE has my phone number and email and had all week to do it. And still no Yonex frames.

Demo period is 10 days. If one wants to buy the racket, he sends the demo racket back and TW sends a brand new one after they receive payment for the rest of the value of the racket.
Nice feature...

I called them the other day and they said that they had Yonex frames to demo. They also said that it would cost 5euros each way for postage. You have to give them your credit card details and they take a 50 euro deposit from ure card too
