Hit volleys to each other in the service boxes(gotta move you feet).
A classic is the two on one at baseline where the two make sure the single person really runs. One variation to that with just two people is when the one who is suppose to run has to hit to the middle( a target or something) of the court allowing the other person to angle. A good one is where both are at baseline one hits all crosses the other down the line. Then there's the volley vs baseline exercise which is done in one of the halves of the court, like the volley-volley exercise you gotta go for long rallies and thus move a great deal. My favorite is the cross groundies, either in the service boxes or at baseline. |
