To me it's nothing special and can't compare to the newer 4.th generation CoPolys out now.
Back then 3-4 years ago the Lux Power was a revolution. Time goes and now the pro players only use it because they are used to it - just like they don't like to change racquets often, the same goes for strings.
Look at Nadal, he still plays a horrible cheap harsh poly string from Babolat, but he is used to it and it wors for him, so why change even though you can get literally 100's poly, that has better spin, better power and more control.
I might agree that Luxilon the first 2-3 hours plays reslly well, but then it dies faster than any other string. So if you string yourself and want to restring every 3 hours or has a bunch of racquets, then by all means play Luxilon Power.
I just don't want to restring that often as it also takes it toll on the racquet to restring that often and it's a hell of a trouble to restring your racquets each and every day - and I don't get better feel from the the lUx strings than I get from the newer CoPoly strings, that will keep its playability for much longer than the Lux strings will
