~45 mins 6 days of the week. My personal 'peak' time is between 2-4 pm. Thats when I hit the gym heavy.

lift weights twice a week in evenings. But I get plenty of exercise from sports and biking during rest of the week.

My time at the gym is M/W/F or M/F (depending on how intense I want the week will be). I sign in @ 5pm and leave at 10pm.

4 days a week at 7AM I lift weights followed by short interval conditioning (mostly tabata). Then practice and play tennis in the evenings.

Unless of course you have tennis courts at your gym then 5 hours is totally understandable

Im a very impulsive and spontaneous person so i can workout at 6 in the morning one day and 11 at night some other day, i prefer to practice (tennis) around 3-4 in the afternoon and when i go for a run its most often in the evening around 8-9, i run to the store to buy some chocolate.
In a week i workout in the gym 3-4 hours, practice tennis 3-4 hours and go jogging for about 2 hours. Then i go buy a HUGE pizza and all my workout is totally wasted

Depends, during the work week, in the evenings, on the weekends, in the morning. Take Tue and Fri as rest days. If it isn't tennis, it is lifting.

i like to run in the morning before eating breakfast because you burn more calories that way and it's a great way to start off the day. However if i do weight training at the gym i usually hold off the running until i get there because i usually do weights at night.
