A problem

Ok, so I live in China, and I have a Chinese gf. Recently I said something to upset her and she stopped accepting my calls, now whenever I call her I get a strange message that I've never heard before. I'm not sure what it means, and unlike other messages that you get (such as the persons phone is switched off) it doesn't repeat in English, just Chinese. I'm just wondering if it's possible to block somebodies phone number, and if so how do you do it?

It is certainly possible to block numbers here in the US, so I don't see why you couldn't do it in China. I believe it's a simple touchtone command although I've never personally done it.

But I just don't understand why she won't talk to me. She's totally stone walling me.

Culture issue? As for phones, anything possible here in the US is doubly so for China. China, Japan, even the Middle East typically get newer consumer technology before the US.
