Unjust happend when you failed to disclose actual frame condition to your buyer knowing that he was trusting you and hoping that this would go by unnoticed. You know this full well. Not only that, you also tried to blame the postal system on those 'holes, rough patches' on the frame. We were not born yesterday aqgardezi. Time to wake up! You should put yourself in our shoes and ask yourself would you believe it if a seller tells you that damn info after his discovery?
After all the mess surface, now you want to play by the rulebook. Too late buddy. That's why this thread is still in motion. Do you understand? It's time to use your commonsense if you ever have any to begin with.
