Why would she do this when they have acompished so much together so far? Ok so her 2nd part of her year was not as good as the first, but she still had a breakout year under him nonetheless.

I hope this does not backfire.

His philosophy was for her to hit moderate paced 1st serves to avoid hitting 2nd serves. She's got the height and aptitude to hit more aggressively on serves.

Her temper probably frustrated him too much. He helped her make it to the top 8, but for her to take another leap forward she needs someone that can coach both the mechanics as well as mental aspects. She can get there, but she needs to choose the right help.

I wish Safina would use her brain (the part that hasn't been brainwashed) and find a real coach. Ditto for Chakvetadze.

Vika, if you're reading this, I'll be your coach, and I'll do it for nothing

well, António Van Grichen is a very talented coach and I know that he has some better offers from more than one top 10 player... As far as I know he was negotiating a new contract with Victoria. Seems to me that he left her...

Oh, it was someone pretending to be Vika

Anyway you don't need a coach, and are going to win the Australian Open without one!

(My offer still stands though)
