Question about used racquets

Hey guys,

I was thinking about ordering a couple used racquets from your site, they were apparently demos, and I was wondering what kind of condition I could expect them in. Paint chips etc, are the grommets new or should I order replacements and do you send them with the demo strings in them cause it doesn't give me the option t string them.

I've purchased a couple used demo racquets so far and have been very satisfied.

First bought a Wilson KFury for a beginner friend, and it was in excellent shape with plenty of life left in the strings.

Recently acquired a couple extra HPS 6.1 95's and while they were somewhat scratched up and had some paint chips, there were no cracks and they came with new grips and strings in decent shape (Wilson NXT 16).
