Default Reebok 360DMX: my opinion

I received the 360DMX from TW on April 28, 2004 and this is my opinion.

Comfort: The comfort of the 360 is much like the Bonzer, but the Polyurethane insole that comes with the shoe makes it even more comfortable compared to the thin EVA insole from Bonzer. Plus, the IMEVA midsole gives you a low to ground ride compared the the CMEVA midsole like the Bonzers

Stability: The stability is much better than Bonzers because of the two plastics around the shoe and the plastic bridge under the arch. I usually wear my ankle braces to play, but I feel like this shoe is stable by itself. Also the top is not as soft as the Bonzers, which made me sprain my ankle once.

Durability(This depends on how you play): The toe guards on these shoes are just weak. My left toe-guard got eaten up in less than a month. The outsole still performs well even with the tread gone , but a week after the toe guard got eaten up by the court, my left sole started to form a cavity. In my opinion, the durability of the shoe is just weak like the Bonzers.

Weight: These shoes are fairly light, but they are a little heavier on the Bonzers because of the leather upper.

Overall, I like this shoe because it is more comfortable than the Bonzers and the stability is beefed up. What I wished Reebok could have done was to focus a little more on durability.

That's strange because I've always thought the Bonzers were supposed to be one of the most durable shoes out there as many people on these boards have praised their durability. You can search the old message board or look at the customer feedback for the Bonzers to see many people naming the Bonzers when asked about the most durable shoe they have ever worn.

The durability of the toe guard is weak like the Bonzer, and the soles only lasted me for a month and less than a week. It's interesting to hear some people say that the Bonzers were very durable because I already had holes on the left toe on the original Bonzers and Bonzer II, but I guess that's me and every player wears their shoe out differently.
