Default Watch out for Adam Bryant (adambenarc@aol.com)!!!

Adam Bryant (adambenarc@aol.com) recently agreed to sell me a pair of Wilson Pro Staff 6.0 85 frames in 9.5/10 condition. I paid for the frames immediately through paypal, and when the frames arrived, they were not even close to the described condition. After contacting him, he is refusing to refund my money and reverse the deal. Please avoid this dishonest seller!

Default Damon Andrew very mislead

This negative post by Damon Andrew (da) is unwarranted. He received exactly what I told him I had. I am very disappointed in dealing with this individual. I bent over backwards to give quality racquets, shipped expeditiously, and communicated with him openly and honestly.

Default Have I dealt with you before?

If I, Adam Bryant, have ever sold you a racquet, would you please post here relaying the racquet you received via the information I gave you about the racquet. I have never had a negative comment from anyone besides that "Prak Khou" sometime ago.
Thank you,
Adam Bryant

Default Watch out for Adam Bryant (adambenarc@aol.com)!!!

I have had lots of successful deals on TW (check the old and new boards for references), but I must admit that I have been burned this time. I will definitely never deal with Adam Bryant (t-serve) in the future and recommend that other posters use similar caution. I have filed a fraud claim so hopefully justice will be served.

I agree da. Adam Bryant is not to be trusted. He sold me 2 tour 90s that he said were 9+ condition and strung with VS Team. They were in <7 condition and strung with Prince Syn. Gut. This guy is a loser.

John Cheng, when have I ever had any type of transaction with you? Around March 30 there was a post about a bad transaction with an Adam Bryant. I then posted a reply rebutting the negative post. However, it wasn't this Adam Bryant. Please verify who you are talking about. My E-mail is "adambenarc@aol.com". My address is North Carolina. I am quite sure I'm not the person whom you dealt with.

Unfortunately, I'm not surprised at all that others have been scammed by this guy. John, your story matches up with what Adam told me. He said he had switched from the Tour 90 to the PS 6.0 85, but that he was having second thoughts and was going to sell his pro staffs to buy back some tour 90s. Maybe he will buy back the thrashed up sticks he sold you?

I now no the problem da has. I sold him a pair of 9.5/10 racquets for $75 apiece. ($129 on TW) He found out he couldn't resale for a huge profit margin and then decided he wanted his money back. Be advised da, these classified boards are not supposed to be used as a business for buying and selling racquets. If I were SYSOP I would check into your buying/selling/trading practices on this board.

None of my business, but as a long, long time board member I have had several transactions with Damon(DA). All of my deals with DA have been very easy worry free. DA's strong reputation on this baord should pro-ceed him. I hope you guys can get it worked out.
