Default i thought only cr*ppy club players played with PowerHoles

Did anyone see the new Tennis Magazine with Henin on the cover? Her "H Tour" apparently is drilled with Power Hole technology. Wilson really made a marketing error there. If she really was using a Power Holes racquet, Wilson should have promoted that. Other players were already endorsing the H Tour. If they had, maybe people might have bought the abominations that were Power Holes racquets.

No. I changed my mind. The Power Holes racquets were so bad, I don't think any endorsements would have helped.

Is that the June issue of Tennis magazine? How did you get yours so soon? Is that the issue with the supposedly huge multi-page spread on the new Wilson nCode racquets? Is it an ad by Wilson or an article by Tennis magazine?

her H tour isnt drilled w. power holes technology..it is an old power hole frame w. an hTour paintjob. the frame sounds awful at impact, but she kinda gets good results when she uses it. ed

You really shouldn't judge ppl by their rackets.. rackets don't make crappy players

Wow . . . I was so busy looking at the busted string, I didn't notice the "powerholes". Are those powerholes or just slot on the piece to make ir look like an H Tour ???

And I've sees a lot of closeups on Serena's racquets and have never seen power holes.

. . . Bud

Isn't Volkl's grommet system a form of power holes?

Yes, Volkl was the first to come out with sweet spot enlarging grommet technology. Afterwards Wilson came out with Powerholes and Prince came out with Sweet Spot Suspension grommets. BTW- BDAZ is right. Serena's racquets have Powerholes also.

That's funny!

Article vs. ad? Same thing. (It's the year 2004, what planet are you living on?)
