Doubles Pairings

I just wanted to get some various opinions on how different teams work their lineups from week to week, especially with regards to doubles lineups. Do most of your teams maintain the same partnerships for every match (when possible, of course) or do you prefer to switch it up? For the teams that play the same partners every week, how do you know when a partnership has run its course, so to speak? And how do you make determinations on new partnerships, initial partnerships, etc.?
