Looking for a small medicine ball

Hello everyone!
I am looking for a small medicine ball. It's used at Bolletteri and some other places. It's about 3 poungs, about 3 inches in diameter, metal inside and rubber outside, it's used to throw agains a wall to develop a wrist pronation. I would appreciate any information of where it can be found.
